No family sharing????

No family sharing? A message comes up that says something to the effect of, "cant download because this was purchased by another user or the subscription was cancelled". Then nothing! Cant even purchase it for the lousy CAD$ 2.29 if I wanted to. Went to the developer website to leave feedback, but its Apple iPad unfriendly and wont let me type text. I decided to come here instead and vent! The sad thing is they probably pay some clown a lot of money to figure this stuff out. Good job Wolfram!
